To set up a contract, we would appreciate the following information and items:

- brief description of your place of business.
- catalog of the supplies you carry or a brief description of the same.
- business card and/or a copy of your letterhead.
- copy of your resale certificate.

Upon receipt of the above information and approval of your registration, we will be happy to forward to you a dealer contract and further information. Please note that there is a 3.500.00 Euro minimum initial net order.
